This situation occurs when user creates a work without initially including locating examination , but later realise that a locating examination is required for that work.

Click the name of work need to send locating request (Picture 1).

Click on the edit icon (Picture 2).

Add / Edit work. (Picture 3)
Initally locating request check box is unchecked.

Check it and Save ( Picture 4)

Click again the name of work need to send locating request (Picture 5).

Click the Locate request to make a locate ticket.(Picture 6).
